3. Sales person clarifies what the customer wants

4. Sales person then uses a configurator tool to offer a charging station with some details and a price

5. Sales person emails details and price to the customer

6. Customer accepts the price

7. Engineer uses a planning tool to plan the charging station

8. Sales persons checks the planning tool, if the original price still covers the costs (which it does)

9. Sales persons hands over to the engineer again
